Customer comfort and convenience were foremost in mind when Quality Car Care Centers updated its South Bay locations.

All Quality Tune-up locations now have Wi-Fi, flat-screen televisions and fresh finishes.

“Now while your car gets the ‘Quality’ treatment it needs customers will receive quality treatment as well,” said Scot Davis, owner of Quality Car Care Center.

Customers have more choices and higher expectations than ever before. Waiting rooms can’t conjure images of tepid coffee, rigid chairs and a dog-eared celebrity magazine.

The Digital Age demands a place with fast internet and outlets to charge a phone or laptop.

“The convenience of Wi-Fi in a waiting room keeps me productive and helps the time go by,” said Anthony Fasone, who recently visited an updated location, “It’s definitely not like the waiting rooms of the past.”

Here are some highlights of Quality Car Care’s various South Bay locations:  

  • A new reception area at the South Bascom Road shop features with bright lighting, high speed internet access and comfortable seating.
  • Customers can sip on Boyd’s coffee, hot chocolate at Blossom Hill Road location while browsing the internet or watching HDTV.
  • Besides a facelift and new reception area, the Peralta Boulevard location in Fremont includes new diagnostic equipment for diagnosing vehicle problems.

“We want you to be as comfortable in our waiting rooms as you are with our repair services,” Davis said.
